Shelby Roche is a Texas native who has resided in Brevard County for the last 18 years. After graduating from Viera High School in 2010, she earned her Special Effects Makeup Certification. She has also obtained an associates degree focusing on accounting and finance. While being a mother of two boys, she has been in the service industry in Brevard County for over 11 years.
